    List of Ingredients

    - 1/2 cup catsup or chili sauce
    - 2 large eggs, or 1/2 cup egg substitute
    - 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
    - 1/3 cup uncooked oatmeal
    - 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley,

    - 3/4 teaspoon salt
    - 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
    - 2 pounds lean ground turkey

    Recipe

Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F. Prepare a 5x9-inch loaf
    pan with non-stick pan spray.

Combine all the ingredients except the turkey in a large mixing
