    List of Ingredients

    - 1 pound fresh green beans
    - 1 medium-size red bell pepper, cut in 1/4-inch strips
    - 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
    - 2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
    - 1 teaspoon sesame oil




    Recipe

    Trim green beans and blanch in boiling water about 2 minutes.
    Drain and rinse under cold water. Place in a serving bowl with
    bell pepper and toss with remaining ingredients.
