LBJ's Favorite Dip

List of Ingredients
2 lb. hot bulk sausage (Jimmy Dean or Owens)
1 large onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, crushed
2 tsp. chili powder
3 large cans Chili without beans
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1/2 lb. Monteray Jack cheese
4-5 jalapenos, seeded and deveined, chopped
2 cans diced Rotel tomatoes
Recipe
Cook sausage, onion and garlic. Drain excess
grease. Add chili, chili powder, cheeses,
jalapenos and Rotel. Heat and serve warm with
tortilla chips.
Makes 2 1/2 quarts. Enough for a large party.
Good served from a crock pot.
