3 cans green chiles
1 cup monterey jack cheese, shredded
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup half & half
1/3 cup flour
1 small can tomato sauce
Recipe
Layer chiles and cheeses in 9x13 pan
Mix eggs, half & half and flour until smooth
Pour over chiles and cheese
Bake at 350° for 30 minutes
Pour tomato sauce over top
Bake 15 minutes longer
