    Italian Tacos

    List of Ingredients






    1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
    3 oz. package cream cheese (cubed and softened)
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. chili powder
    18 jumbo pasta shells (cooked,rinsed and drained)
    2 Tsp. butter (melted)
    1 cup taco sauce
    2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
    1 1/2 cup crushed tortilla chips
    1 cup sour cream
    3 green onions (chopped)

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In large skillet, brown
    ground beef; drain off fat. Add cream cheese, salt and
    chili powder; simmer for 10 minutes. Toss shells with
    butter; fill with meat mixture. Arrange shells in buttered
    13x9 inch baking pan. Pour taco sauce over each shell.
    Cover with foil; bake for 15 minutes. Uncover, top with
    Cheddar cheese and tortilla chips. Bake for 15 minutes more
    or until bubbly. Top with sour cream and onions.
