    Bacon-Barbecued Shrimp

    List of Ingredients





    16 large shrimp, peeled and deveined
    8 slices bacon
    barbecue seasoning, to taste

    Preheat oven to 450F. Wrap shrimp with 1/2 slice bacon, secure with toothpick. Use large shrimp, because the cooking time for that size and the bacon is about the same. If you use medium size shrimp, you might want to precook the bacon a little, so you will not overcook the shrimp.

    Line a 15" baking sheet with sides, with extra heavy duty foil. Place a baking rack in the pan. Place the shrimp on the rack, sprinkle with barbecue seasoning. Turn and sprinkle the other side. Let them set for 15 minutes.

    Cook for 10-15 minutes. Serves 2-4.
