    List of Ingredients





    2 pounds ground beef
    3/4 cup dry bread crumbs
    2 eggs
    1/2 tablespoon garlic powder
    1/2 cup milk
    1/8 teaspoon salt
    1/8 teaspoon pepper
    1/8 teaspoon dillweed
    1 1/3 cups flour
    10 3/4 ounces cream of mushroom soup
    1 package dry onion soup mix
    1/4 cup celery, chopped



    Recipe



    Combine ground beef with dry bread crumbs, eggs, garlic powder, and milk; mix until thickened. Place the mixture on a baking sheet, about 1/2" deep and flatten evenly across the pan; chill for at least 2 hours.

    Cut into 9 squares and sprinkle with salt, pepper, and dillweed. Remove each square with a spatula and dust with flour. Brown evenly in a large skillet.

    Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Place all the browned squares in a large baking dish and top with cream of mushroom soup, dry onion soup mix, and chopped celery. Bake for 45 minutes.
