1 1/2 cups water
1 pound ground round or lean ground beef
1 or 2 tablespoons dried chopped onion
1 1/2 cups chicken broth
Recipe
Cook ground beef and water in skillet until
browned. Drain and rinse to remove fat from
meat. Return meat to skillet and add dried
onion and chicken broth. Cook until liquid
is gone. Add salt to taste.
Serve on hamburger bun with mustard, chopped
onion and dill pickle slices.
