    List of Ingredients






    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. uncooked rice
    1 1/2 c. water, divided
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. celery salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 can tomato soup
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce or A-1 Sauce

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 350F. Mix meat, rice, 1/2 c. water, onion, garlic and seasonings. Shape into balls, by rounded teaspoonfuls. Place in ungreased baking 8" square casserole. Stir together remaining ingredients; pour over balls. Cover; bake 45 minutes. Uncover; bake 15 minutes more. Serve hot.

    Note: It doesn't say what kind of rice to use, but I think Instant would be best.
