1 lb. ground beef
1 c. grated mozzarella cheese
1/2 c. finely chopped salami
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 1/4 s. pizza sauce
2 loaves French bread, split horizontally
grated mozzarella cheese (for topping)
Recipe
In a large skillet brown the meat. Add the next four ingredients and
simmer until the cheese is melted. Spread the meat mixture on the bread
and place on a cookie sheet. Bake at 400° for 15 minutes. Top with
additional cheese and bake for 5 minutes until the cheese is melted.
