    Pizza Meat Loaf

    List of Ingredients




    1 envelope of Lipton Recipe Secrets Beefy Onion soup mix
    2 pounds ground beef chuck
    1 1/2 cups fresh bread crumbs
    2 eggs
    1 cup chopped red bell pepper
    1/2 cup diced white onion
    1/4 cup water
    1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
    1 cup Ragu Old World Style Pasta Sauce
    1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese



    Recipe



    In large bowl combine all ingredients except 1/2 cup sauce and
    1/2 cup cheese. Spray large loaf pan with oil. Pack meat mixture in
    lightly. Top with remaining sauce. Back at 350 degrees for 50
    minutes. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake 10 minutes. Let stand
    10 minutes.

    Makes 6 servings.

    Per serving: 450 calories; 26.6 g fat (10.5 g saturated fat; 53
    percent calories from fat); 15.1 g carbohydrates; 175 mg cholesterol;
    1006 mg sodium; 35.9 g protein; 2.7 g fiber.
