List of Ingredients
1 lb. hamburger
1/2 c. uncooked rice
1/2 water
1/3 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. celery salt
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 can (15 oz.) tomato sauce
1 c. water
2 tsp. Worchestshire sauce
Recipe
Mix hamburger, rice, water, onion, salt,celery
salt, garlic powder and pepper. Shape into
12 meatballs. Brown in skillet on all sides.
Mix remaining ingredients; pour over meatballs
heat to boiling; reduce heat. Cover and simmer
45 minutes.(Add water during cooking if needed)
Makes 4 to 5 servings.
