STUFFED PEPPERS

6 medium peppers
1 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1 Tablespoon worcestershire sauce
1/3 cup precooked rice - uncooked
1 egg
1 can tomato soup undiluted
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 pound hamburger cooked
Recipe
I cut my peppers in half or you can stuff them whole.
Combine salt, pepper, worcestershire, rice, egg, 3/4 cup soup, onion and hamburger. Stir lightly.
Pack each pepper with 1/2 cup mixture. Place filled peppers in dish tightly. Spoon rest of soup on each pepper. Cover with plastic wrap. Microwave on high for 15-18 minutes. Sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese. DELICIOUS!
