List of Ingredients
1 pound of lean ground beef
2 cups (6 ounces) of uncooked rotini pasta (spirals)
2 cups of frozen, whole kernel corn
1 cup of sliced zucchini (optional)
1 cup of water
1 can (15-1/2 ounces) of sloppy joe sauce
Recipe
* Brown the ground beef in a 10 inch non-stick skillet; drain.
* Stir in the remaining ingredients. Heat to boiling; reduce the heat, cover and simmer about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the pasta is tender.
