    Recipe Introduction

Prep Time: 1 Hour 5 Minutes

    List of Ingredients

    5 cups water
1 teaspoon chicken-flavor instant bouillon or 1 chicken-flavor bouillon cube
    3/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup uncooked wild rice, rinsed
1 1/2 cups uncooked regular long-grain white rice
    1/2 lb. bulk pork sausage
    3/4 cup chopped celery
    1/2 cup chopped onion

    Recipe

    1. In large saucepan, combine water, bouillon and salt; bring to a boil. Add wild rice; cover and simmer 40 minutes. Add white rice; cover and simmer an additional 25 minutes or until rice is tender. Drain off any remaining liquid.
