4 lb. sirloin steak
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. wine
1 clove crushed garlic
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. soy sauce
1 T. Worchestershire
1 T. dry mustard
Recipe
Mix together and marinate meat in slabs or cubed on skewers for 24 hours. If you use a
less expensive meat (chuck) marinate a large (2-3" thick) slice for several days to tender-
ize.
