Ann's Easy Stroganoff
List of Ingredients
1 can cream of tomato soup
1 green bell pepper
1 small onion
1-2 cloves garlic
dash Tabasco
dash Worchestershire sauce
1 lb. thinly sliced round steak
1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
2 T. vegetable oil
water
salt and pepper to taste
sour cream
cooked noodles
Recipe
Blend soup, pepper, onion and flavorings in blender or processor. Heat skillet, add oil and brown steak and mushrooms. Add sauce, 1/2 soup can of water, salt and pepper as needed. Cover and place in oven at 350F., bake about 30 minutes or until meat is tender. Can add more water if necessary.
Add sour cream to suit your taste (I use less than normal, sigh, because of DH...) Serve over noodles.
