2-3 lb. flank steak
1 c. light brown sugar, packed
1 c. good soy sauce
5 slices fresh ginger
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 c. pineapple juice
Recipe
Place steak in shallow flat dish. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over top. Marinate at least 2 hr. at room temperature or refrigerate overnight. Broil or grill to desired doneness, basting frequently with marinade. Makes 4 servings
