1 cup Bisquick
1 cup (plus some) Milk
1 egg

Mix, and you can use right away. You can add a little sugar if you like. I have a crepe pan, but also use an 8 inch skillet. Just make sure that it is hot, use a little spray Pam, or shortening on a paper towel before you put about a quarter cup of mix in and swirl. Flip crepe and finish.
