CHEESY NOODLES AND MUSHROOMS
List of Ingredients
1 lb fresh mushrooms, sliced
1/4 c melted butter
1/2 c chopped onion
1/4 c sliced green onions
8 oz pkg medium egg noodles
2 c shredded Cheddar
1/2 cup half-and-half
1 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
18 tsp ground nutmeg
14 c chopped parsley
Recipe
Saute mushrooms in butter until tender. Add onion and green onion. Cook 2
minutes, then set aside. Cook noodles, drain and return to pan. Add
remaining ingredients except sauteed mixture and parsley. Cook over low heat
until cheese melts, stirring constantly. Add sauteed mixture, stirring
gently. Sprinkle with parsley and serve immediately.
