    Noodle Kugel

    List of Ingredients








    1 lb (450g) Broad Egg Noodles, no-yolk noodles are nice
    3 C (750ml) Sour Cream (2 1/2 pt)
    1 1/2 C Butter, melted
    1 1/2 C (300g) Sugar
    1 tsp Real Vanilla Extract
    5 Eggs, beaten
    1 can Crushed Pineapple, drained (can=28oz or 875ml)
    1/2 C (125ml) Dried Apricots or Peaches , diced
    2 tsp Ground Cinnamon
    2 tsp Sugar

    Preparation Time: 10 minutes
    Cooking Time: 1 hour to bake and 12 minutes to boil noodles
    Serves: 12 or 10 Dogbytes

    Cook the egg noodles in salted water per the package directions.
    Preheat oven to 350F (180C).
    Grease 9X13 inch (23x30cm) baking dish.
    In a large bowl, toss together all the ingredients except the cinnamon and 2
    teaspoons of sugar
    Pour the noodle mixture into prepared pan.
    Sprinkle with cinnamon and 2 teaspoon sugar.
    Bake at 350F (180C) for 45 minutes to an hour until lightly brown.
    Cut into squares and enjoy.
