    List of Ingredients




    2 Tbsp. flour

    2 cups milk

    2 cups KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese

    2 tsp. GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard

    2 cups elbow macaroni , cooked, drained

    12 RITZ Crackers , crushed (about 1/2 cup crumbs)

    4 Tbsp. margarine or butter , divided












    Recipe



    Melt 2 Tbsp. margarine in large saucepan on medium heat. Stir in flour until smooth. Gradually stir in milk; cook, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens and begins to boil. Remove from heat. Blend in cheese and mustard; stir in macaroni.

    Pour into lightly greased 1-1/2-quart baking dish; sprinkle with cracker crumbs. Melt remaining 2 Tbsp. margarine; drizzle over crumbs.

    Bake at 400°F for 30 to 40 minutes until bubbly and browned.
