    Saucy Chicken Rigatoni

    List of Ingredients






    1/2 cup chopped onion
    1 clove garlic minced
    1 tablespoon oil
    1 14 1/2 ounce can tomatoes cut up
    1 7 1/2 ounce can tomatoes cut up
    2 cups dried rigatoni
    1 1/4 cups water
    1 2 1/2 ounce jar sliced mushrooms drained
    1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning crushed
    1 1/2 cups chopped cooked chicken

    Recipe



    In a large saucepan cook onion and garlic in oil until tender but not
    brown. Stir in both cans of undrained tomatoes with rigatoni, water,
    mushrooms and Italian seasoning. Bring to boiling. Reduce heat; cover and
    simmer about 20 minutes or until pasta is tender. Stir in chicken and heat
    threw.

    Serves 4
