Voodoo Pasta and Sausage
List of Ingredients
16 ozs. uncooked fettuccine
1 (1-lb.) pkg. Hillshire Farm Smoked Sausage, cut into 1/4-inch slices
1 tsp. blackening seasoning
1 (16-oz.) jar alfredo sauce
1 tbl. Tabasco Brand Pepper Sauce
1/4 cup chopped parsleyRecipe
1. Cook fettuccine according to directions on package. Return pasta to pot.
2. Meanwhile, sprinkle Hillshire Farm Smoked Sausage with blackening
seasoning; place in large skillet over medium heat and cook until
lightly browned, about 5 minutes.
3. Stir in alfredo sauce, Tabasco Pepper Sauce and parsley and heat through.
4. Pour over pasta and toss until well coated.
Serves six.
