1 Pork Loin Roast -- 3-4 pounds
Oriental Marinade
1/4 Cup Soy Sauce
2 Tablespoons Red Wine Vinegar
2 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil
2 Tablespoons Honey
2 Cloves Garlic -- minced
1 Teaspoon Grated Fresh Ginger, or 1/4 Teaspoon
Ground Ginger
1/4 Teaspoon Dry Mustard
2 Tablespoons Chopped Yellow Onion
Recipe
Place pork tenderloin in a shallow glass dish. In a small bowl stir together
all ingrdients for marinade. Pour marinade over pork. Cover and marinate 12
hours or overnight in the refrigerator, turning several times. Remove from
refrigerator 30 minutes prior to grilling.
Prepare grill. Remove pork from marinade, reserving marinade. Grill, turning
several times and basting with reserved marinade, until tender or a meat
thermomemter registers 160-170F, about 1 hour.
Let stand 10 minutes before carving, then slice across the grain and arrange
on a warmed platter. Serve immediately. Serves 6-8.
