1 can (10 3/4 oz.) condensed cream of celery soup
1 3/4 c. milk
1/2 c. sour cream
3 tbsp. chopped onions
2 tbsp. chopped green pepper
1 tbsp. snipped chives
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 pkg. Betty C. hash browns with onions
Recipe
Heat oven to 350. Mix all ingredients in a 2 quart bowl. Pour into
ungreased 8x8" dish. Bake uncovered until potatoes are tender, 50-60
minutes. 6-8 servings.
