ONION-ROASTED POTATOES
List of Ingredients
2 lbs. red potatoes, sliced 1/2" thick (I used Yukon Golds, again, because
that's what I happened to have on hand)
1/3 c vegetable oil
1 envelope dry onion soup mix (I used Lipton Beefy Onion)
Recipe
Combine all ingredients in a large plastic bag, shake until well coated.
Empty bag into an ungreased 13x9 baking pan. Cover and bake at 350 for 35
minutes, stirring occasionally. Uncover and bake 15 minutes longer, or until
potatoes are tender.
