Quick Parmesan Potatoes

List of Ingredients
1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
2 Tbsp. grated parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. dried parsley flakes
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. ground black pepper
2 medium baking potatoes
Recipe
Place butter or margarine in small microwave bowl. Microwave at High about
15 seconds or just until melted.
In separate bowl, mix Parmesan, parsley, salt and pepper. Cut potatoes in
halves, lengthwise, and dip cut side of each piece into melted butter, then
into cheese mixture.
Place potatoes, cut side up, in 1-quart microwave dish or 8-inch glass pie
plate. Microwave at High 7 to 10 minutes, until potatoes are fork-tender.
Let stand 5 minutes before serving. Serves 2 to 4.
