List of Ingredients
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 Tbsp. Old Bay Seasoning
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
4 TYSON Fresh or Individually Frozen
Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts*
2 Tbsps. vegetable oil
1/4 lb. thinly sliced Prosciutto or deli-style ham
1/4 lb. sliced Monterey Jack or Swiss cheese
Recipe
In a shallow dish, combine flour, seasoning, salt and pepper. Coat chicken
breasts in flour mixture.
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook chicken in oil for 20 minutes
or until juices run clear, turning once during cooking. (Internal temperature
should read 170°.) Place one slice ham and one slice cheese on each breast.
Cover and cook until cheese melts, about 2 minutes.
