2 whole chicken breasts
20 oz. frozen broccoli
8 oz. cheddar cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. milk
butter cracker or bread crumbs
Recipe
Cook, skin and cube chicken. Cook broccoli lightly. Place broccoli
in 13x9" baking dish. Mix remaining ingredients except crubs. Pour
sauce over chicken. Sprinkle cheese on top. Layer crumbs on top of
cheese.
Bake at 350F., 35-40 minutes. Cover dish for first 15 minutes, so
that it will not brown too quickly.
