List of Ingredients
4 grilled chickens, de-boned
1 tsp Italian salad spice (I'm sure you have something similar, a mix of
spices)
4 - 5 bananas
4 dl (2 cups) whipping cream
2 dl (good 3/4 cup) mild chili sauce,
ketchup-type
280 g (9 oz) smoked bacon
1 dl (good 1/3 cup) salted peanuts
Recipe
Heat the oven to 225C/425F.
Put the chicken meat, cut in rather large chunks, in an oven-proof dish and
sprinkle with salad spice. Peel the bananas, then split them first right
across in two pieces, then each piece lengthwise, so that you get 4 pieces
from each banana. Put the bananas on top of the chicken.
Beat the cream and mix with chili sauce. Spread this mixture over the
bananas and chicken and bake in the oven for about 20 minutes.
Meanwhile, cut the bacon in small pieces and fry until crisp. Sprinkle the
ready-made dish with bacon and peanuts and serve with boiled rice and a
green salad. Enjoy Serves 8 - 10
