    List of Ingredients




    4 chicken breasts -- boneless and
    skinless (4 to 6)
    1 cup medium onion -- sliced 1/8 inch
    thick
    1/2 cup red bell pepper -- sliced 1/8 inch
    thick
    2 fresh jalapeño peppers -- seeded and sliced
    1/8 inch thick
    1/4 cup lime or lemon juice
    2 Tbsps. canola oil
    2 Tbsps. Worcestershire or soy sauce
    1/2 tsp. cumin -- ground
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. dried oregano
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt

    Recipe



    Trim chicken of all fat and cut int long 1/8 inch slices. Combine all
    ingredients in a medium bowl and mix very well. Cover and refrigerate for at
    least one hour. Separate the chicjen from the vegetable mixture. Pre-heat
    the grilling machine for 5 minutes. Spread vegetables on the machine and top
    with chicken slices. Grill 4-5 minutes.
