    Personal Note: This recipe was given to me verbally by a High School cook of where my son goes to school at. The High School recipe is a large quanity in which they told me that for 100 chickens, they used 1 quart of honey to 1/2 quart lemon juice. They had only used chicken thighs for the school recipe. I ate lunch at school with my son the day that the Lemon Honey Chicken was served to the high school students and it was delicious!

    List of Ingredients





    1 cup Honey
    1/2 cup lemon juice
    boneless chicken breasts

    Recipe



    Take the skin and the fat off from the boneless chicken breasts. Lie flat in single layer on a greased baking dish or pan and bake for 20 minutes in a 350 degrees F. oven. Then pour on the honey-lemon sauce and bake for 15 or 20 minutes more. Bake chicken until golden brown or until juices run clear.

    Cooking Note: Could add salt and pepper to chicken if desired.
