Sheila Costa's Chicken Caesar
List of Ingredients
3 tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. Lemon-Pepper Seasoning Mix
1 tsp. California Style Crushed Garlic
1/2 tsp. Italian Seasoning.
1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breast
Recipe
In a large self-closing plastic bag, combine first 4 ingredients. Add
chicken to bag and seal tightly. Turn bag gently to distribute
marinade. Refrigerate for 15 minutes. Heat oven to 350°-375°. Bake
for at least 25 minutes.
Sheila puts the chicken on top of a salad or in tacos, but feel free
to use your imagination.
