    List of Ingredients






    1 1/2 cups diced cooked turkey
    1 Tbsp. fat-free or reduced-fat mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    1 Tbsp. sweet pickle relish
    4 slices sourdough bread -- toasted
    1 cup SARGENTO ChefStyle Mild Cheddar Shredded -- (4 ozs.)

    Recipe



    In a medium bowl, combine turkey, mayonnaise, mustard and pickle relish.
    Spread turkey mixture over toasted bread. Place on foil-lined baking sheet;
    top with cheese. Broil 4 inches from heat for 2 minutes or until cheese is
    melted.
