    List of Ingredients




    1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
    3 Tbsp. margarine or butter
    1 cup MINUTE Premium White Rice
    1 can (14-1/2 oz.) beef broth
    1/4 cup water
    3/4 cup PLANTERS Sliced Almonds, toasted
    2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley

    Recipe



    Cook and stir mushrooms in margarine in large skillet on medium-high heat 3 to 4 minutes or until tender.

    Add rice; cook and stir 3 minutes. Add broth and water; bring to boil. Reduce heat; cover. Simmer 20 to 25 minutes or until liquid is absorbed.

    Stir in almonds and parsley. Serve immediately.
