    List of Ingredients




    1 pound mild pork sausage
    2 large onions chopped
    2 celery ribs diced
    1/2 small red bell pepper chopped
    1/2 small green bell pepper chopped
    2 cups uncooked long grain rice
    4 1/2 cups chicken broth
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/2 teaspoon sugar
    3/4 teaspoon seasoned salt
    3/4 teaspoon pepper
    4 green onions diced

    Recipe



    Cook first five ingredients in a large skillet over medium-high heat until
    sausage crumbles and is no longer pink, drain. Add rice. Cook 5 minutes,
    stirring often. Stir in broth and next four ingredients. Bring to a boil.
    Cover reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes or until liquid is absorbed.
    Uncover and cook for 5 more minutes. Stir in green onions.
