4 1/2 c. cooked wild (1/2 wild and 1/2 brown)
2 1/4 c. chopped celery
1-2 bell peppers, chopped
2-3 onions, chopped
2 lb. sausage (1 lb. hot and 1 lb. regular, unseasoned)
3/4 c. margarine
4 oz. can mushrooms, drained, chopped
Recipe
Brown sausage and drain well. Sauté vegetables in margarine. Mix sausage, vegetables and rice. Place in casserole dish. Bake at 300F, 1 hr.
