    List of Ingredients




    1 pkg. (6.9 oz.) rice and vermicelli with chicken broth and herbs

    2 Tbsp. margarine or butter

    2-1/4 cups water

    1 Tbsp. soy sauce

    1 cup chopped cooked chicken (about 8 oz.)

    1/2 cup frozen peas

    1/2 cup cholesterol-free egg product



    Recipe



    Prepare rice according to package directions in large skillet using margarine or butter, 2 1/4 cups water and soy sauce. Cook until liquid is absorbed, about 20 minutes.

    Stir in chicken and peas; increase heat to medium-high.

    Pour egg substitute over rice mixture; cook without stirring until set, about 1 to 2 minutes. Stir and serve warm.
