CREAMY COLE SLAW

List of Ingredients






1 large head of green cabbage, finely shredded
1/4 head red cabbage, finely shredded
2 large carrots, finely shredded
3/4 cup mayonnaise (I used 1 cup - up to you)
3 Tblsp. sugar
2 Tblsp. cider vinegar or rice wine vinegar
1/3 cup vegetable oil (I didn't have any so I used olive oil)
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. celery salt
1/3 cup buttermilk
Salt & pepper to taste



Recipe



Mix together mayonnaise, sugar, vinegar and oil. Add onion powder, mustard,
celery salt, pepper, buttermilk, salt and pepper. Pour over shredded
vegetables in a large bowl. Toss until well coated. Let it chill for a few
hours before serving.
Serves 10-12
