    HIDDEN TREASURE SALAD

    List of Ingredients




    2 pkgs. strawberry gelatin
    1 c boiling water
    2 - 10 oz pkgs. frozen sliced strawberries, partially thawed
    20 oz can crushed pineapple drained
    3 med. bananas, mashed
    1/2 c chopped pecans
    10-1/2 oz pkg. no-bake cheesecake mix

    Recipe




    Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Stir in fruit and nuts. Pour half into a
    13x9 pan. Refrigerate until firm. Keep remaining gelatin mixture at room
    temperature. Prepare cheesecake filling according to directions (save graham
    cracker crumbs for another use). Spoon cheesecake filling over gelatin in
    pan. Spoon remaining gelatin mixture on top, chill until firm
