4 cups cold cooked chicken chunks
2 tablespoons lemon juice
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon accent
1 cup chopped celery
4 hard boiled eggs chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 teaspoon finely chopped onion
1 cup grated sharp cheese
1 1/2 cups crushed potato chips
2/3 cup finely chopped toasted almonds
Recipe
In a large bowl combine all ingredients except the cheese, potato chips and
almonds. Place chicken mixture in a 2 quart oblong Pyrex dish. Top with
cheese, potato chips and almonds. Chill overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for
45 minutes.
