    Kielbasa Salad

    List of Ingredients




    1/2 pound Kielbasa (cut into 1/8-inch slices)
    1 cup shredded red cabbage
    1 medium cucumber (sliced thin)
    4 red radishes (sliced thin)
    1/2 cup mayonnaise
    1/2 cup sour cream
    2 Tbls Dijon mustard
    1 Tbls horseradish
    1/2 tsp dried dill weed
    1/2 tsp garlic salt
    Dash pepper
    1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese

    Recipe



    Sauté kielbasa in 10-inch skillet over medium heat until
    lightly browned. Drain on paper towels and cool. Place
    cooled kielbasa, cabbage, cucumber and radishes in a large
    bowl. Combine mayonnaise, sour cream, mustard, horseradish,
    dill weed, garlic salt and pepper in a small bowl. Whisk
    to blend; stir in cheese. Pour dressing over kielbasa and
    vegetables. Cover and refrigerate 20 minutes. Makes 4 to 6
    servings.
