2 c diced, cooked chicken
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp paprika
1/8 tsp lemon-pepper seasoning
4 c shredded lettuce
1 c chopped celery
10 oz pkg frozen peas, thawed
1-1/2 c shredded Cheddar
1 c cooked elbow macaroni
1 c mayonnaise
8 oz sour cream
Recipe
Combine chicken and seasonings. In serving bowl, layer as follows: Lettuce,
chicken, celery, peas, cheese, macaroni. Combine mayonnaise and sour cream.
Spread over the top, sealing to the edge of the bowl. Cover tightly and
refrigerate 24 hours.
