    List of Ingredients






    10-12 tomatoes, peeled and sliced
    1 red onion (or yellow sweet Spanish onion), thinly sliced
    1/4 to 1/2 c olive oil
    1/3-1/2 c red wine or any other flavored vinegar (adjust this to taste)
    2 t oregano
    1T fresh minced basil
    1 t salt
    1/2 - 1/3 t dry mustard
    1/2 t fresh ground pepper
    2-3 cloves garlic, minced

    Recipe



    Combine tomatoes and onions in a large bowl. In a second bowl, combine the
    rest of the ingredients and mix well. Pour the liquid mixture over the
    tomatoes and onions; toss to coat.
    Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, basing occasionally.
