    Sweet 'n Sour Vidalia Onions and Cukes

    List of Ingredients




    3 cups sliced cucumbers (peeled and seeded)
    1 1/2 cups thinly sliced Vidalia onions
    1/2 cup grated carrot
    1/2 cup white vinegar
    1/4 cup sugar
    2 tablespoons fresh dill or 1 tablespoon dried
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
    2 tablespoons water

    Recipe



    Toss cukes, carrot and onion; set aside. Combine remaining ingredients and mix well.
    Pour over cuke mixture and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for several hours or overnight.

    Serves 6
