    Tortilla Salad

    List of Ingredients




    4 cups shredded iceberg lettuce
    1 cup rinsed and drained black beans
    2 tablespoons shredded low-fat Monterey Jack cheese
    2 tablespoons low-fat oil and vinegar dressing
    1 cup broken tortilla chips

    Recipe



    Toss iceberg lettuce and black beans together in a salad bowl. Add
    cheese and dressing and toss to mix. Sprinkle tortilla chips on top.
    Makes 2 servings.
    Per serving: 267 calories (30 percent from fat), 9 g fat (2.3 g
    saturated), 6 mg cholesterol, 11 g protein, 38 g carbohydrates, 4.7 g
    fiber, 380 mg sodium.
