Arrange oven rack in lowest position "of oven. Heat oven to 425 degrees.
Sprinkle cornmeal on large cookie sheet. Combine olives, tomatoes and 1
teaspoon oil in bowl. Set aside. Divide dough into 4 equal pieces. On
lightly floured surface, roll each piece into 7-inch circle. Place 1/4
turkey in bottom half of 1 circle, leaving 1/2-inch border. Top with 1/4
cheese, olive mixture and salami. Fold top half of circle over filling to
form crescent. Fold edge over and flute. Transfer calzone to prepared sheet.
Refrigerate. Repeat process with remaining dough and filling. Divide and
brush tops of calzones with remaining oil. Bake until golden brown, 15 to 18
minutes. Makes 4 servings.
