Pita Pockets

List of Ingredients
1 lb. sirloin steak
1 med. cucumber, grated, peeled
1 c. low fat yogurt
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 med. tomatoes
1 green bell pepper, chopped
salt and pepper to taste
4 Pita pocket breads
Recipe
Squeeze excess liquid from grated cucumber, mix with yogurt and garlic; set aside.
Broil meat for 4-5 minutes per side. Slice cooked meat thinly across the grain. Fill pitas with meat, tomatoes, bell pepper; add sauce and season with salt and pepper.
