    Clam Sauce For Pasta

    List of Ingredients




    2 - 4 T. of olive oil
    4 T. chopped onion
    2 - 4 cloves minced garlic
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    4 T. white wine
    2 tsp. basil
    1 tsp. thyme
    1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper
    2 cans baby clams
    2 - 3 T. chopped parsley
    grated parmesan

    Recipe



    While cooking pasta, saute onion, garlic in olive oil. Add all ingredients except clams and clam juice and parsley. Heat slowly. After draining pasta, add all ingredients, allow pasta to absorb juices, then garnish with Parmesan cheese and parsley.

    Serve with garlic bread and salad.

    Serves four
